Contact your local special education coordinator at your home school district and ask for the teacher of visually impaired students. They have all the scoop on braille and obtaining all needed tools and training! Good luck!

I would also suggest contacting your local school's special education teacher/co-ordinator. And, after you have a source located, if you need help with funding, try contacting your local Community Action Agency. Even if they cannot help you themselves, they will know who to contact that may be able to help you.
