You don't always need to go to college to sharpen your skills. Think of how to EARN while you LEARN - take a sales job selling anything. Sales skills are priceless! Start a direct sales company and go to every meeting. You wouldn't believe the opportunities you can get to speak in public, and learn from the best. Be sure they're reputable though - I suggest: Mary Kay, PartyLite Gifts, or Pampered Chef.

you should have also completed your graduation, in humanities, or social sciences, to get a job. i think you should lookout for a job in either sales, marketing, human resource development, personnel management, labour welfare, any of these. or alternatively, if you also have a flair for writing, you can opt for advertising and communications management, or journalism.
but in today's competitive world, only skills aren't enough, you have to have a professional qualification to get selected in a reputed company. unless you just want to start your own business, like an ad.agency, or trading of some product, you need not wait for formal training.
