I'd like to have dinner with my mom, who died when I was 13. I don't remember a lot about her and I would love to get a chance to talk to her more and learn about her life and how she viewed the world around her. I always thought that she was a really passive, quiet person, but I recently found out that she was an anti-war activist during Vietnam - which was really shocking since I remember her as being really conservative - and I think it would be wonderful to sit down with her talk to her more about everything she experienced.

Look at the Christian Movie website and a film called The Perfect Stranger. I just bought and watched it on DVD this week. It's about an agnostic female lawyer who gets an invitation to have a meal with Jesus Christ. She calls His bluff because she thinks it's a set up by her husband, a born again Christian... but it isn't!

It's based on a novel by David Gregory called Dinner With a Perfect Stranger.

Just throw the title into any search engine, for book or DVD.

Yep... He is my choice too:-)

PS... Jesus died, but he lives!!! The best of both worlds!

I am reading into your question a bit-

If Jesus were to come to Earth in the flesh, I would love to have dinner with him and get straight questions answered so that my tiny brain(compared to his infinite knowledge) could comprehend some life succeeding answers!

There are several of those types. Right now, at the top of my list, is Nietzsche. I would like to engage in a dialog with him to get his ideas from the horse's mouth, as it were, and not filtered through interpreters, translators, commentators and the like.

I would rather eat by myself because having dinner with someone forces me to have a conversation with them and it would disrupt my meal making my dinner cold.
