Since you don't say what type of tub you have (acrylic, cast iron, fiberglass, etc) I will give you a method that won't damage the surface, but will remove the decal. Spray along the edges with WD40 and using a plastic spatula lift the edges & while continuing to pry off the decal, spray the WD40 under the area you've lifted. Once the decal is removed, spray the WD40 on the remaining residue and wipe with a terry towel until the remaining residue transfers to the towel.

Pour boiling water over the decals first, and then gently loosen them with a teflon spatula. If they still don't come off, try Goo-gone to loosen the glue. If that doesn't work, try a product called "OOPS" remover. It removes just about any kind of glue, paint or deposit you can't get off with anything else. You can find this in the paint department at large home-improvement stores.

Try eucalyptus oil,let it sit for a couple minutes,then carefully remove..

WD-40, spray it on and wait about one minute. They peel up everytime.
