First of all. If you got an email saying that your account has been limited, you should go directly to the paypal site. Do not click on the link in the email. Send the email to
spoof@paypal.com

They will tell you if it's legitimate (I'm guessing it's not). Logon to your paypal account but go there directly from the browser (Internet Explorer, etc).
