hy, friends is it possible i can turn my home tv 21" color tv to be act as monitor for my pc ? any suggesstions

It is possible.
Televisions do have antennas and channels. Monitors dont but you cant turn your tV into monitor with some special adptator, unless your computer has video and audio outpout you connect those cables to convert to RCA as in a VCR and then plug in the INPUT of your TV.
There is another cable through the video card to send the signal to the TV remember the size of the screen DOES matter for the quality and resolution you even can record any thing you have on the computer and then see it on the television.

There is another way with less quality through RF (Radio Frequency cable) those cables send audio and video together and is less perfect but sometimes work with some video cards.

That kind of feature is presently avaliable in plasma, LCD and DLP televisions at the moment but if you have PC connectivity facility avaliable on your tv (check the manual guide) then you can go ahead. As far as i know its only avaliable in plasma, LCD and DLP tvs.
