"Compose Message" page continually shown on my inbox and will not let me view any incoming mail?

I have tried to cancel this page but it keeps reapperaing

what mail you are using? web based email or email softwares? be specific

better to compleat compose or check your mail frist in send...you can save and view you mail so you can keep it,,while writing your compose
