Methods of Stress Control
These techniques can add a powerful extra dimension to stress control.
Meditation
This induces deep physical relaxation and mental awareness. Sitting comfortably upright, close your eyes and relax. Focus your mind on an object -- breathing out and in to the count of four, looking at an image such as a candle flame or flower, or repeating a word such as "peace" or "one" for 15 to 20 minutes.
Visualization
Imagine a calm, beautiful scene in detail, smell the scents, hear the sounds. Repeat affirmative phrases such as "I feel peaceful." Before any high-pressure event, picture the scene. Then review what will happen in your mind, watching yourself deal confidently with the situation.
Mindfulness or active meditation
Give all your attention to whatever you're doing, whether it's putting out the trash or eating dinner. Observe shapes, colors, textures, the movement of your body. Focus on the moment you're experiencing without worrying about the past or the future.
Yoga
This combines stretching exercises for fitness with controlled breathing, relaxation and meditation.

don't worry about it. Simple as that. If you require smoking herbage, that helps too. You gotta have a positive attitude or else you already set yourself up for disaster. If you tell yourself that you can't do it then you won't do it no matter how hard you try but if you tell yourself that you can do it and believe it then you'll be ok. Apply the same principle with everything in life, apply it :)

Dear friend,
i dont know your name or location or anything else. However i am not interested to know it. But the thing here is to answer to your question regarding stress. Let me tell you a few tips by which you can reduce the stress, and if you are a personality or a mindset like me, you can overcome it as well.
I am a student too. i dont want to disclose the course and such things. But believe me, i have many such problems of stress as you have. Though i am doing my Masters, my studies are like some engineering student.
Stress and its relief are totally relative thing. As beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, stress relief also lies in the mindset. Just think about your self. Are you sproty? Music freak? Biking? Social person? Movies? What do you like the most?
Let us discuss each:-
1, Sports:-
Of course, sports is something which takes time, energy and another player/players to play. But who said that those who like sports must play it? I like Formula One racing and other motor sports, that dont mean that i should race with Michael Schumacher or some other driver. You can check them on TV, Internet, newspapers, magazine and other stuff around you. It will give your mind a different wavelength for a while, and you will forget the stress you have. Research about matches, races, and other event of the sport which you like can be a good activity as well. It will increase your knowledge about the perticular sports and will entertain you too. For example, the first international cricket match had been played between USA and Canada. Do you know that? (I dont know whether or not you are a cricket geek. i am not one)
2, Music:-
If you have some memory problem, this option is not for you. Music is so powerful that i can have an effact on your memory (At least it happens to me). Listen to your favourite song/artist/album. It will help you instantly. But doing such thing may whitewash your short memory. So be careful. finding the lyrics, writing them, singing them may do good too.
3, Biking:-
11th standard and bike? i dont think you have any motorbike at this age, if you are lucky then ok or else you might have a bicycle or some moped thing. A drive to some area of your city which is unknown to you, or towards your friends place, or some garden or wherever you like. It helps.
4, Social Life:-
I dont think you are at such a stage, where you can be considered as 'a social' person. Moreover, you are a student, doing multi task. Shortage of time, isnt it? But whenever you get a chance to interact with people other than your family and friends who are with you on a regular basis, do try to learn, do try to interact more. Interaction here doesnt mean that you indulge yourself in such thing which may take much time of your daily schedule, but some other type. When you will come to know about others problems, you will think that you are lucky not to have such stupid or serious problems as others have. One thing that you can enjoy at a social meeting is to observe what the aunties discuss. you will enjoy the talks about ornaments, dresses, affairs and many other gossips. I bet you will enjoy a lot.
Another point here is, when you are alone, you feel stress, but when you would be with your friend, relative or family member or your boyfriend/girlfriend (delete which is not applicable) you wont feel stress, i bet. My gf is 1200 km far from me, still we enjoy chat through GPRS and sms and such things.
5, Movies:-
it is a time consuming option, and i dont think it is good for you. so i am not talking anything about it. But one interesting thing. Though i like movies, i visited any theater in february!
All these things except for sports, dont need you to change your clothes and put on some acrobatic dress thing.
My friend, i had to face such exam as you are to do, and was a topper in my state in the exam. i secured 4th rank. i dont want to write my success story here, but one thing:
Do enjoy yourself, do enjoy what you do. work is worship. and yes, Karma. today or tomorrow, if you have it in your luck, it will come to you anyhow. Just put your best efforts, and dont think about the result, if you have done good, it will shine for sure...
