No, that's not too cute... I only use that word when I am trying to be annoying or demeaning... if you call it their "little pee pee", they aren't going to be incredibly turned on by it.... unless they liked being treated like three year olds... everyone is different.

No. I think it's kinda gross and childish.
I prefer women to just excuse themselves for a moment. I don't have to have details on where and what they are doing every second of their day. Then I don't have to feel like I have to explain every second of my day either.
