I'm a Yankee fan, I needed the Mets to beat Boston, but they failed.

I'm talking about their current series with the Yankees. And remember, the Mets already lost the 1st game.

I'm a Yankees fan too....Mets are too good to be swept again. Don't forget when they played Boston, the dreaded Red Sox were red hot not to mention the errorless streak. The Yankees are weak from their #6 hitter on down and defense ain't all that great. While Cairo is a good back up, Cano is still missed for his very improved defense and BA. A-rod brings his hitting woes out onto the field with him so that will determine how his game goes. You never know what you're gonna get from Johnson (case and point, they're losing 7-2 as we speak). And the bullpen...enough said. Mo can't do it all. To sum it up...we're in big trouble this year...oops Johnson just gave up another homer..8-2 Mets. They are the real deal. It will be fun to watch this coming postseason. Lets just hope Matsui and Sheffield come back in time to hopefully salvage this season.

The Mets will not get swept this weekend by the Yankees. The yankees benefit by not having to face martinez or glavine. I think the mets will win one of the two remaining games vs NYY. The reason that the Mets are on top of their division is because of the overall weakness of the NL east. All ofthe teams stink. The mets are not a great team, just an above average team in a poor division. Much the same as Detroit. They have the wins they have because the played numerous games they played in their own division. They have not played the twins since they got hot and ai beleive they only have a combined total of 5 wins vs chi, nyy, bos, and tor.

IF the Yankees played better, you wouldn't need the Mets to do anything , now would you? The Yankees have made the mistake of throwing money at their problems. the New York Rangers found that didn't work and now the yankees will too.

Go METS!!!!

Haha same here. What are the odds of a team only being swept once? I wish I knew where to find that statistic, but I'd say slim to none. The Mets WILL be swept again, but it's anyone's guess as to when.

It won't be this series (8-2 Mets in the 6th)
