Tony Blair is intellectually smarter. Bush just doesn't give a damn and it works for him very well. Remember how George on Seinfeld decided to be the opposite of what people expected him to be and he started reaping rewards? That's how Bush is, he does the opposite of what he's expected to do, then he just spits in your eye and goes hunting.

Bush is cunning
See how he is deceiving everyone .When he wished to attack Iraq for weapons of mass destruction(so called) and his real purpose was Oil forwhich he is greedy.
Afghanistan,Iraq and now Iran....everyone knows Bush is must worse than Hitler!
