I do not think you could find something totally American made, if you get technical or detailed about it. Because there would be something in the entire process that would come from another country or that was produced with materials from another country.
So I guess it would depend on what parameters you wish to ignore. For example, the machine that made the product could have parts from another country, then the product is not totally made in America, even though everything in the product comes from America.
