It really depends...
A lot of young men go through stages of homoerotic fantasies, and even go as far as trying them out. That doesn't necessarily mean that you're gay, but you do have to take some time out and think about your feelings... is your attraction purely physical, or are there emotional components as well? Are you turned off by girls, or is it simply this particular girl? I don't know how old you are, but you sound young... don't freak out if you daydream about guys now and again, as I said most men do have homoerotic fantasies from time to time. It doesn't mean your gay or bi... just curious

It would truly depend on whether you are sexually attracted to men. Enjoying spending time with members of the same sex isn't gay. And maybe you just don't have much in common with your girlfriend.
You need to determine if you are attracted to men. Not just enjoy their company.
