GYMNASTICS. No other sport can teach you discipline, confidence, stamina, grace etc. I've been doing it since I was little and I can not imagine what my life would be without it. It is hands down harder than any other sport out there.

why?
players of any age, height or weight can play together
it develops agility and coordination
you can play for twenty minutes or several hours
indoors, so you can play in any weather conditions
played well, it is like a beautiful balletic dance
