IMHO, small butt or not, what matters is that you are comfortable in your own skin. No amount of padding is worth the discomfort! :)

they are boylegs, i wear em. you don't have to have a small butt i don't think because my butt is like big and round.well i think that anyways and like i hate em. too much of an hourglass
