useing the special tools and on a commercial lift an experienced mechanic can do both sides in a bit over an hour.

iv done so many arm swaps and the most time it ever took me was on a 1995 cobra that already had lift bars welded in and it took 3 hours .

Depends on the tools you have. The other posters estimates are pretty darn good.

You'll also need to align the car after you're done.

if you do it yourself 3 days, first day: get the parts. second day:do the job. third day: finish. if you take it to the shop. it will depend on how busy the shop is. but one day after it is on the rack.
