We have a tree next to our house and it got very tall.
I would like to cut it (only just not to get over the house) but I dont have a staircase that tall (about 3 meters). I want to ask you people if you have any suggestions of how can I cut this tree... thanks.

Use a ladder if it's not higher than 20' high. If it's a huge tree that is mature and something like 60 feet high, get a cherry-picker, i.e. a boom/bucket outfit that CAN reach that high, and work from the OUTSIDE in, taking off the outside branches first.

Rent a scissor jack and use a saftey harness so you dont fall.
Any man lift will do some have booms that reach out for jobs that require the machine to be away from the work area.
JLG is a name of one of those and they can be rented from Hertz or any equipment place.
