Pay off my debts and invest a good portion of the rest. A million doesn't go as far as what many may think. Going hog-wild will leave one broke before they know it. Nothing wrong with spending what is necessary to get one "comfortable" but planning for the future is essential.

Invest it in a manner that provided me with on-going profitable return and I'd try to not spend any of the million, but rather continue to live on my existing earnings.

I'd buy a house and lot where I and the rest of my family can comfortably live in back home.
I'd open a small business that can assure us our living expenses, day in and out.
I'd put equal amounts as trust funds to my daughter, nephews and niece.
I'd save the remaining amount for rainy day. :)

Buy a lot things for my mom's garden.
Going to CA to visit my favorite famous people such as Robin Williams, Jim Carrey, and others.

first i thank god for giving me that much money.then I'll divide it into four parts. I'll keep one part, i will distribute other part to my dear ones. I'll open a n old age home & an orphanage with the third part. the fourth part will be devided into two.half will be utilised for spiritual matters , other half will be circulated as a loan for poor student's education.this is my dream. hope it becomes real.

well I would donate a tenth to a church or charity , travel the world, donate some more where i c the need, buy a house somewhere near a good church, big dream hey!
