I had a prob with the oem cooler that was fitted on my motherboard. After only 4 months after I have bought the mb the cooler on the nForce 4 chipset died. I changed it but it shows in the bios temperatures higher ( when It was brand new it showed 33 degrees celsius and now goes up to 42 or even more). Does anyone know what is the thrashold temperature for this chipset. What is the thrashold for an AMD Athlon 64 3500+? For these questions I e-mailed the manufacturers but got no reply whatsoever. If someone knows these facts and can help me, please do.

what you can do is order chipset fans from www.coolerguys.com they sell all sorts of fans. I don't know the thrashold for a 3500+ is but I wouldn't want to go any higher than 47C.
