When you first get the box, take out the DSL modem and connect it to your telephone line and turn it on. Within about a minute, you should see the DSL light come one. If it does, then proceed with the full installation.

This is all pretty simple. Plug the phone line into the DSL modem and telephone jack on the wall, throught the DSL filter that is provided. Add filter adapters to other telephones in the house. Run the Ethernet Cable from the DSL modem, into your computer. INSERT the CD ROM and go.

Good luck

Why are you asking here? No one here is your DSL provider. Call them.

And FYI, DSL can take weeks to install - took almost 2 months from the point of order for me to get my line a couple years back.

Probably would be a good idea for you to delete your question. Now the entire world has your home phone number. Then call your phone company and follow up on the order.
