Your genetics determine how tall you will be but you have to have a balanced diet or you will not grow as tall as you should have. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, dairy products including milk. A poor diet stunts growth. Make sure you eat from all the food groups (a well balanced diet). Most women are about 2 inches taller than thier mothers but this is not always so. Do you take after your mon or dad in body build.

Hi,

If your parents are tall then only I can assure you will grow tall, otherwise try some ways like skipping, jumping exercises and ride bicycle, it is so effective after a year or two you will grow, that u can't believe, but for that you have to do all these regularly.

Regularity makes man perfect.

All the Best.
Bye.

Honey, you can't make yourself grow tall.

You are only 13. Give yourself a little more time and you just will grow tall as a matter of course.

You will get taller.

I am 21 and 4'11, I won't be doing anymore growing, but you are only 13 you still have time to grow taller. It just depends on the person. I have a cousin who is 13 and she is a little bit taller than me, and she seems to just be getting taller.

You know, I always wondered the same thing, and I still do, considering I'm the same height as I was four years ago, and I'm still a teenager! It's annoying being short, I know, but you have to give it time.

I have 11 children all small. Anyhow, we recommend about 3 eight oz. cups of skim milk a day, plus lots of protein. Don't forget your greens too.
