Congrats on your anniversary. Monday is my 25th. We have always tried to be together on our anniversary. Whether that was dinner and a movie, one year we went whale watching, this year we are going to stay home and watch t.v. (can't afford to go out) But as long as we are together that makes it special. Being together all day is not as important as reminding ourselves that we have always worked through whatever problems or whatever arguments we may have had. (And afer 25 years - we had plenty)

Flowers a nice dinner out and candy if she likes take her shopping and let her decide on something for you also. look at your wedding photos and pour your soul out to her and tell her what a great choice you had made when you asked for hand in marriage. But don't, I mean don't, Start giving real expensive gifts this early in your marriage even if you can afford them because this expectation will become common every time and i do not mean just anniversaries. Have a quiet dinner at home, sit outside and look up at the stars- put the baby to bed and listen to music together.

Hold hands , take the baby along & go to Church. Renew your wows. Eating & Drinking can happen anytime. hey I wish you good luck. God bless your marriage

well according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anniversary you should only have paper that is a gift for the first year...
but for me as long as you two spend it together you will have a good time.
