PROBABLY. If you've only formatted the hard disk, try putting it in another system and installing OnTrack's software for data recovery. If you have already started saving data to the hard drive - or reinstalled Windows on it - you have probably lost everything permanently - though you can try to send it to a data recovery place and for several hundred, possibly thousands of dollars, they can try to recover your data.
In the future, I suggest you make backups.

First, dont try to write anything (reinstall or else). It could damage your old (lost) data. Then you can use recovery software.

don't take tension its very easy use "easy recovery" its a software that can recover formatted hdd so try it buy that software you can get pirated versions also
