It would be world of clones. Yet, someone had to make the clones and that individual would be the leader. It would be boring, no initiative, no creativity to speak! No wonderful music, or art or creative dining! Maybe a good thing would be no arguing or war if everybody thought the same! It could be just the opposite, but highly unlikely as an argument requires two different opinions.

The world would be quite dull if we all thought alike. WE are fabric , woven together of many, many colors. The holy spirit dwells to inspire the wise of this world not to be fooled by money and greed. Since when is there a hitch on a hearst? Oil rich and greedy men like exxon shall meet there maker some day.

Hitler's idea of the Master Race, historically we know what happened there.
Another possible way to look at this,
Don't take away humanity's individuality, looks , creativity of thought.
One idea that could be a benefit, eliminate language barriers. One language. There would be no need for Diplomatic Interpreters. One word or phrase translated wrongly starts tremendous upheaval.
