Number 2 is electroporation and has to be done very carefully. I suggest you do a lot of research before jumping into anything, dont expect a quick cure either. BTW, a cure does exist, and you are close AND part right, but its more complicated than that, it wont work alone. number 1 is total nonsense.

There is no cure...but there is a British man who had AIDS but hes body cured his self..

There is no cure for AIDS. If you are very unlucky enough to have it, tough. Treatment is available to make life easier, but that's it - you still die from it.

Yes, I believe abstinence by those infected with HIV would wipe it out completely in a single generation. And it wouldn't cost a dime.
