upload it somewhere like www.youtube.com You Tube. They will give you code to embed it within your webpage. This way you don't have to worry about hosting the clip either.

I'm not sure what movies you're looking for, but if you have a myspace page, there is a website that you can download movie clips from to put on your myspace page. I'm not sure of the site, but I think it may have been www.codemyspace.com. You'll have to add it as a webcode. I'm pretty sure you can put it any page, but just check off of myspace to be sure.
