No, but you should get photgraphs of them, and then send copies to the offender. Tell them to leave $100 in small bills taped to the side of the sandwich machine every week, or the photos are going to the boss. Thats what I would do.

No, it's not worth it. Maybe warn your co-worker that they could get fired if their boss or supervisor caught them. If your co-worker is willing to take that risk, then it is his/her problem. Management will deal with the person.

No. It's none of my business. But, I may mention to them in private that they shoudl smoke outside or somewhere else where it is permitted because I would not want to see someone else catch them in the bathroom who would turn them in.

no. why should i screw up someones life? if they cannot follow the rules like the rest of the people, then it wont be long before they do themselves in.

on the other hand, if they are doing something that will endanger theirs or the lives of others or their well being, then you have to do something. yes, i know the second hand smoke is bad, but i think you know what i mean.

Unless there have been complaints about a smoke smell in the bathroom, but otherwise, don't worry too much about it, unless it really bothers you that much.

As a safety captain where I work, I would give them a warning about contravening policy, advising that it affects us all. If I caught them again, their carelessness creates an unsafe work enviornment.
