There are two things you can do and neither are safe unless you extremely need to get your lips pink.
I knew a girl, she had dark lips and her lips are pink indefinitely now.
BUT the pinkness went beyond her lips towards the outer rims.
You can peroxide your lips with the kind used in hair for a blond look BUT BE CAREFUL!
OR you can burn them but I wouldn't know of a safer way aside from using a hot curling iron with your lips pressed on it.
After your lips cool try to peel away the scabbage so it doesn't heal properly and gives your lips a pinkage.

To lighten the dark lips , apply a mixture of honey and lime juice over lips for a few days.
or smar fresh cream over discolured lips and leave it on to dry. Use regularly for atleast a month to bring back a healthy colour to the lips.
For quick results apply coriander juice( extracted from fresh coriander leaves) , before going to bed. this is the most easiest and quickest way to lighten your lips.

rub red food colouring on ur lips with ur finger then go over with gloss dnt put to much on tho!!!!!!!
