Good question. I think the ones that wear the most make-up are girls who are in their teens/early 20s, and they want to look more grown up. And for young women there's alot of influence in magazines and tv about what looks "attractive". It's hard not to buy into it. I personally go for a natural look most of the time, but I admit there are days when I wear thick eye make up, lipstick, the works.

Tweo reasons
1. They feel insucear about there natural look and society says you need to wear tons to look good.
2. They beleive men like the make-up and so they wear it to attract the guys, who could care less at tiles.
It's a social presser thing, when they say you need it, you tend to have it, even when you don't. It's the way we run the world.

not all do... i only wear a little makeup (if i wake up looking horrible); eyeliner and cover up. otherwise, i don't. plus, people say that makeup gives them confidence (which i totally understand) but i think that true confidence should come from within. you shouldn't really be confident about how you look if your look is fake. my only problem about makeup is too much foundation and over-tanning. i cant stand seeing girls with like orange skin.

I don't...I just like mascara, eyeshadow, eyeliner, and lipgloss lol. That's not a lot lol. Well in my opinion of so much makeup, is having too much foundation on, that it looks unreal.

i personally dont. i beleive in true beauty. i mean when you find the love of your life..dont you want to wake up beside him one morning. and he says " i married a beautiful wife" rather then a girl who lives life packing makeup then suddenly her husband wakes up and says " i married this crackhead" ...but for special occassions i beleive makeup is acceptable..plus if ur just too ugly l o l

I don't like a ton but a little gives me confidence because I know I look my best.

they r shallow, an like 2 look fake or orange!!
iprefer the natural look, unless u hav spots males like the natural look best.
i only wear little at special occasions-lip gloss, concealer & mascara.

IMO: i like to make people feel sexy/drop dead handsome. people come to me with with their skin problems, like blemishes,scars, etc. when i put on make-up and they have a totaly new outwards appearances, they just glow from the inside out. for me, it's not just making everyday people look like Hollywood, it's about building their self-confidence. it feels wonderful when people feel wonderful about themselves.
