Do you have to budget your money????

I am on a very limited income and find it really hard to budget my money. Any suggestions?

Your money really does go farther when you know where every penny is going - if you can't budget it, just keep a journal for a month to see where you're spending everything. It's amazing how much a candy bar and a cheeseburger can add up, during a whole month.

A budget allows you to tell your money where to go. Without it, the money will just go, LEAVING (pun intended) you wondering where it went.

On a limited income, it can be depressing, but think of it this way - do you know of any major corporations or wealthy individuals that got that way WITHOUT one?

1. Don't go to freaking Starbucks every other day.
2. Only buy what you need. You don't need to buy a DVD at some store, even if it's only $5.
3. Disconnect your cable TV or internet if you don't use it a lot.
4. Only go somewhere if you need to. Gas prices are raping the whole country.
5. Try to only talk on your cell phone on the weekends and after 9PM.

the more you budget, the more it pays. but the real secret is save, even if it is difficult. take it that ,that little amount is lost. it will make you proud & feel gr8 one day. the habit of course pays life long.

sweetie, do well to budget or plan. Failing to plan is planning to fail. Challenge your self you will then see your real potential.

We all TRY to do this but it is very hard to do sometimes,TRY harder and give up the things that you realy dont have to have and you will manage --but you have to plan it.
