What do you think about EST or LIFE SPRING or violets. Am i go there?

They are an interesting experience for people who have never examined their own lives in any way. On the other hand, they are also a watered down psychology/philosophy run by manipulative people -- many of whom don't understand the fundamental principals behind the teachings.
