if you can do something with ease and without thought for how, you have a telent for that particular thing. If it's something practical, that others can judge. Ask them what they think.

You don't really find out you just know. Everybody has one, it doesn't matter if it's something small or something big, it is something you can do really well or better than anybody else.

Well, from several experiences, eventually, there would be things that make you realize that you have one. however, some people would know by themselves.
