I have a friend who has a rather big double chin, but shes not at all over weight. She has tried losing more weight and also doing some kind of chin "exercises" and she keeps complaining about it. Now my love my friend to death but shes really getting on my nerves... does anyone out there have an idea of how to get rid of a double chin without having surgery.

Please only real answer thanks!

Cosmetic surgery, or she could hide it with a scarf.
Some clever makeup techniques could also be helpful, and there are also a lot of ways to hold herself so as not to have the illusion of a double chin.

Professional photographers can inform her of how to pose for photos.
A professional hair stylist could create a cut for her, that doesn't accentuate her jawline, as well as colour to change appearance.
You will be surprised with what some simple things can do to help.

Personally I would never get surgery unless I'm on my death bed,so b4 doing anything that drastic, tell your friend to try a herbal wrap around that area. She can look in the yellow pages for people who specialize in this.Or she can inquire about a possible remedy from a health food store or a healthcare practitioner. There are several alternatives other than some quack cutting you open and possibly scarring you for life.

Why are people so concerned about these kind of things? You look how you look, accept it and move on. Why would someone have surgery to fix a look? No surgery should be necessary unless it improves the overall health of a person.

The smart suggestion would be to ask a doctor.

But TMK, there are no "excercises" to tone those out, so likely the most viable option is cosmetic surgery.

In some people, it is simply a genetic trait, and the only way to get rid of it is through surgury
