Hmm are you talking about a man that's a dog or a dog dog? Well if you are talking about a guy a human being, report him and go to your doctor to get checked up. Seek counseling and take your m8 with you.
Guys can be 'dogs' too. Guys have a lot of names, dog, pig, wolf, ok I guess three.
If you are talking about an actual dog, here's some education. Male dogs hump your leg and love to sniff you that's how they are. Dogs are NOT made to breed with humans even though they like humping legs. It wasn't rape if it was a dog. I surely hope you're talking about a human being.

Please do not burn in the Hell created by you. Perhaps the attacker did not have aids. That there is a pain may just be a consequence and leftover of the brutal attack. You have not mentioned your ages. If you are young it would hurt all the more but that does not mean it is Aids. Better show a good doctor and find out what is the position. Do not wallow in the dirt of your creatuion.

Get a blood test for HIV/Rabies, get a rectoscopy done to check for any damage (sore bum) and an MRI to check for a brain.
