I have been brushing, scraping, and disinfecting mine but the color doesn't seem to improve.

It indicate that your stomach is not clean and must be some type of infection is there. It also indicate some dehydration or loose motion .Proper check up & Doctors advice needed

a white tongue? I had kind of a white film on my tongue when I had strep.
Do you have a sore throat or any other symptoms? If not than I'd say thats just you.

a white tongue indicates a dirty or infected stomach. take care of your tummy to have a clean tongue.
