St Oswald's Church, Grasmere, UK. It's a lovely tiny village in the Lake District, you can also visit Dove Cottage there (where he lived when he was at his most prolific) for around £5.
To get to the grave you need to go right round to the rear of the church, and it is in a fenced off area along with Dorothy and a few other relatives I think. The graves themselves lay flat on the ground, rather than posted up.

I assumed it would be Westminster Abbey, but I found that actually he is buried in the churchyard of St. Oswald's Church in Grasmere. He was 80 when he died.

I think he is in Poet's Corner at Westminster Abbey, London.
If not, you could visit there and think about him.
