I don't know specifics but I would consider the answer to be Adam and Eve and God would be the preacher somwehere in the book of Genesis.

Adam and Eve. Basically God married them, though technically He not a Preacher. Genesis 2:24
Most people today really not understand the Concept of Marriage in the "eyes of God". We tend to Believe we need some Preacher and a Piece of Paper. Adam and Eve were the First example of a Monogamous Marriage. No papers required! ;-)
Now look at Genesis 24:67 Read this many times!!!!! I really do not believe there was a Preacher and again NO Papers. Another example of a Monogamous Marriage made in the "eyes of God".
Hope people figure this out, because I sure as Heck will not explain it. I also know Stupid (I not use this word much, so, say it ahead of time for those who will show they are) people will make their remarks that their decision, but, it NOT change the truth.

doubt I would call it a preacher. Since preachers, priests, etc. weren't around until after Christianity was born. Go with Rabbi since it was the Old Testament.

Probably the wedding at Cana where Jesus turned the water into wine. Since Jesus was a Jew at a Jewish wedding ceremony there would be no preacher, only a rabbi.
