i think you just need to change your way of thinking. who says she is out of your league?! just tell yourself you are the sh#¤, act confident, and ask her out. women are turned on by confident men. good luck!

She'll never notice you if you THINK she's out of your league. If you don't think you deserve her, then you don't.
So start with a positive attitude: you are in everyone's league. Put her at the top of your list, and don't take her off unless SHE proves to you that she's not interested.
Start by talking to her every chance you get. Learn everything about her you can. Ask for her advice on your problems. Give her little gifts. Then ask her out. If she brushes you off after all that, she's not in YOUR league.

You will see that this type of woman is not who you want to be with in the long run or else she would not be out of your league. Do you think that KFed thought Britney was out of his league? Approach her with confidence. You'll see later that she is not as out of your league as you think. Sometimes I turn guys down, not because they are out of my league but because I am not attracted to them.

Hey bub first thing first.
There is no such thing as out of your league.
Women are people to and basic attraction laws apply.
Be a man walk up and introduce yourself to her.
Maybe have something funny to say to break the ice and just go for it.
She will either be interested or not.

Try Humor. Often this will break the Ice and make the person more at ease. If it dosen't work you haven't lost much and at least you have shared a moment.
