Well, it's 6:40 in the morning here, and I've yet to have any rest since I woke up yesterday. I don't feel too tired, but I seem to be getting a headache, and my eyes are feeling strained. Should I go to sleep, or endure?

get some sleep. I do a lot of late shifts. after a while you can convince your body that you're really not tired, but your reactions will be slow and it may disturb your sleep patterns for days. try to sleep for 3 hours or so, then get up, and stay up until 10 pm at least before you go to sleep tomorrow night.

If you find you can't sleep, just lie back and try to clear your thoughts. If you haven't done this before you'll probably start thinking about the fact that you're trying to clear your thoughts. Don't worry about that, just keep trying. This will help trigger your brain back into a sleep mode.

Sweet dreams.
