Sadly neither, his dad Keith is tripping the light fantastic! After all the years claiming carers allowance and disability on the ducks behalf. Then he got a huge court pay out from his old nurse after years of green abuse. To top it off cuddles the monkey has stolen all the money and buried the duck along with his hit single!!!! RIP Orville

As far as I know he never grew up - try living your life without someones hand up your back and see how you get along.
