Last season it had to be the Nets. The Rockets were a real dissappointment, to say the least. A lot of fans thought that it would be Houston and San Antonio in the Western Finals...but, oh well. The Nets over achieved this past season...don't know if they can repeat that performance.

Hands down. The nets are a better team. I mean compare their records from the last couple of years. The nets have Jason Kidd who will probably known as one of the best PG's to ever play the game. He is an all around player and he has Richard Jefferson to bag him up. And Richard is destine to be a very good an well known player. And the rockets has t mac. Incredible player. But he can't do it alone. I mean Yoa Ming is there but he only does so much. And you have to look at over the years who won the most games when they played each other. The Nets. So my opinion is that the nets are a way better team.

that's the easiest question. The New Jersey Nets is the better team. They have 2 amazing wing players in vince carter and richard jefferson. carter can lite it up at ne time on the court. jefferson can drive to the basket at will, and he now has an amazing jumpshot. then they have jason kidd, the best point guard in the league. he makes every1 on the court better, he can run the fastbreak, he will get u the ball wen u r open. he's like an extension of the coach. he's the type of player that will have an impact on the game without scoring points. Then u have nenad krstic hu is improving every year. he will knock down the open jump shot, he has really good footwork and pretty good postup moves. Then u have marcus williams hu will be learning from jason kidd, and josh boone hu will bring a big body, a shot blocker and a rebounder with athletism to the nets team. and hu do the rockets have? an overrated 7"6" asian and a scorer hu got injured a million time last year. how do u even compare the nets to the rockets

Hmmm. Good question. The Nets have nothing beyond J-Kidd VC and Richard Jefferson. The Rockets have nothing Beyond T-Mac and Yao...or so most people think. There's this one guy they've got, Stromile Swift, That if he'll get more consistent, he could be a star. So I'll go with the Rockets.

Much as it pains me to admit, it's the Nets... not even a close call... someone might argue that the Rockets could POTENTIALLY be better, but at the end of the day, they are a last place team, one of the worst in the league. A little bit of health might change that, but I think you have to judge results rather than potential.

nets by far
yao and t-mac are great players but that team is just not tegther right know and they need a PG badly.
the nets actually have the potential to over thrown the pistons and heat next year. they got kidd, vince, and rich plus backups at every postion. they have young talent comin up (Kritstic, Marcus Williams, Josh Boone, and Antoine Wright) and veterens (JKidd and Vince). this team is explosive

The New Jersey Nets. If T-Mac were to stay healthy for a full season the answer might be different.

the nets vince carter is almost unstoppable when he drives to the lane and a healthy j-kidd is leaqthly and with marcus williams there j-kidd wont have to play as much and kristic is a very underated player and now that we have cliff robinson josh boone and jason collins dont forget kristic we have 4 big bodies to put on yao and with cousin on cousin T-mac and VC we would throw VC and RJ at t-mac and we can even put J-kidd on him and your gunna say ohh t-mac to good for RJ VC and j-kidd dont forget we stopped d-WADE to 18 points a gamek in the second round sereies

no doubt...no doubt...HOUSTON ROCKETS. if or when rox sign mike james, theyre gonna be better. rafer, mj, t-mac (a healthy one this year), yao, battier, novak (this years pick). this is gonna be one bad mamma jamma if theyre healthy. they might pick up a few more free agents or make a trade. for the record, i live near houston, im glad they made the gay deal. i hated to give up 2 for 1, but swift wasnt cuttin the mustard. i think hes awesome, but he has low bball iq and poor hand eye coordination.
