If not, talk to your doctor. Ask for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (can be obtained free on the NHS in UK)

First you need to through the things you hoard away, but them in a car boot sale or give to charity. Second, dont take all your money out with you when you go shopping, leave your credit cards and bank cards at home, only take small change to prevent you buying pointless things. When you get tempted to go in that shop, look away from it, focus on something further up the highstreet, like the car park where you parked your car, once you start to ignore your temptation, the temptation will go away. Also see if you can get some help for this with a cpn or something.
