Do you have an untreated thyroid problem? That's what I always think it is when I see a woman with it.
And, seriously, have you thought of a wig? Today, they are so nice, you cannot tell that they aren't real.

You can use Rogaine for women but just like men you probably have to live with it. Go to a doctor for evaluation.
