That's completely normal. She's smiling and that's a sign of social interaction. Babies develop at different rates. There are babies that don't smile much at all. It's a matter of personality.

Yeah, my baby will be 4 months on the 10th, and she started laughing about a month and a half ago or so.

aaah, this is normal. i know a baby who's 10 months and still doesn't laugh. smiles ear to ear but doesn't laugh.

My daughter is 4mo and just started laughing. Every baby is different. She'll be fine!
