I want to know is there any software that i can use to split my laptop hardware to be shared as both client and Micorsoft server 2000 ( like virtual sever or virtual pc ) im not sure which one and how to configure ?

All server software can also act as clients. The "virtual" pc/server products additionally allow multiple operating systems to run simultaneously on a single box.
Be aware, however, that virtual pc/server software require very high-end machines and consume many system resources. These are usually used for testing and/or demo/education purposes.
