If you're going bald then shave the lot off, looks better. But, if you have a mane of hair, keep it well styled and in good condition and everyone will look at you twice.

There comes a time in the "thinning" process when the strategic hair style no longer hides the thin areas. Guys, when that happens, it's time to give up long hair and go for something 1 inch or shorter. The shorter length makes the remaining hair look thicker and healthier, while longer hair merely draws attention to the thin spots.
Probably the most difficult pattern to deal with is deep recisions coupled with a balding crown. Eventually the "points" running back from your forehead meet up with the "hole" on top of your head, and leave you with a little island of hair above your forehead, completely surrounded by naked scalp.
This is a losing hand. Fold. There is no cut or style that isn't going to leave you with that silly little island. Get an electric and shave your head every morning. (Only a fool or a masochist tries to shave his own head with a razor.)

Hair definitely, unless the guy is going bald. Then just shave it off so you don't go around with a bald spot.

It's always better to have hair. Unless you are black the bald thing really doesn't look good.

It all depends on the shape of the dude's head... But I'm kinda torn between the two, bald is sexy, but hair adds personality. If you have nice hair don't shave it off!
