HU pronouced Huuuuuuuu... is an ancient and Holy name for God. If u sing or chant Hu for 20 munite a day. you will expirience peace bcos you are going to see Light or hear a sound of God. u will also have protection in ur daily living. The simplicity of this two tetters word make it very complicating.
How do we sing Hu...sit down quitly to make yourself comfortable and relax. close your eyes and put ur attention on the center btw your two eyes brows or fore head. Thats the sit of SOUL. Then softly chant Hu to yourself by breath in and chant huuuuuu in a long breathing out. Do this with LOVE for a week or more,,, bcos God is LOVE. 20 min in the morning and in the evening b4 u go to bed. U can always make a request asking God, or whoever that represent God for u, He may be Jesus, Mohamed, Budder, Krishna etc ..to show u the Truth of who & what u are.
