I would hope it is the same gals want from guys.
Honesty, openness, sincerity, trustworthy, supporting, understanding, patient, willing to compromise, dedicated and the ability to love and be loved unconditionally.

The girl should be beautiful (it doesn't mean she should have the perfect curves and all). She should be loving. She should be all sugar and spice. She should be caring. And most important of all is that she should never (I mean never) say such a thing that would hurt the guy's self esteem. By the way it was nice answering the opposite of the question i had asked earlier.(What do girls look for in boys)

Well, firstly, men tend take the women's beauty as a priority. If a women is beautiful, they would try to get her. However, the next quality would be their personality. This depends on the man's liking. Some like women that are independent, self-conscious, and others might not. Well, I'd suggest that you concentrate on making yourself look beautiful to get more chances XD

who can be a good cook and host , can flow like AIR with him

But natural , who knows how to maintain a clean without bad odor house and maintain herself like a fresh rose ,whenever sit together . Whenever in anger or irritation mood , try to avoid presence or answering back ( apply for both )
