My husband visited Norway recently. He says that most Norwegians speak English pretty well. I have heard that the same is true of Swedes.

I have no idea what a Norwaigean is, but I'm sure they would speak English if someone had taught it to them. Same thing goes for Norwegians, the people from Norway...
Swedishs? Seriously? Are you just acting stupid to get attention? It's Swedes, and same thing goes for them: if someone teaches them English, I'm sure they're capable of learning.
As a first language, Norwegians speak Norwegian and Swedes speak Swedish.
As for you, I'm not sure if you speak English... if so, you might want to use the "check spelling" option before you post your next question... It's right up there above the question when you type it, takes less than a second...

What're Norwaigeans? Do you by any chance mean Norwegians? Uh, well I guess either group could speak English if they learned to do so, but no, In Sweden/Norway, English is not native tounge.

yep they do. all the folks in the northern countries speak english. In FinLand, Sweden, Norway( the people that live there are called norwegiens) Denmark and Island.
