Any hairstyle that flatters your face, of course, but soft and bouncy is the most sexy and attractive, no matter how many layers you have, how short or long it is.......make sure it doesn't look like a porcupine or braided so tightly that you look bald on top. Men love to touch soft hair and the bounce will give you a sexy flair that you'll love and they'll jump for.

I love Angelina Jolie's hair, longer, wavy, dk brown, it's gorgeous!
For guys, I like the messier look with great side burns :) Joaquin Phoenix usually has great hair.
